美佳素染料是一種含有溴代丙烯酰胺活性基團的羊毛用活性染料。其染色原理是它特殊的多反應(yīng)基團與羊毛中的氨基酸親核基團形成共價鍵結(jié)合，從而具有良好的濕牢度和優(yōu)良的染色性能。適用于羊毛、絲光羊毛、羊絨及其混紡。
Megazol Dyes, which contain an alpha-bromoacrylamido reactive group, are reactive dyes for the coloration of wool. The mechanism of the fixation of Megazol dyes is based on the ability of this unique multifunctional group can form a covalent bond with various amino acid side chain sites within the wool protein, as such, it renders an excellent wet fastness and superior dyeing property. Recommend for wool, mercerized wool, cashmere and its blends.

A: 1-2% 勻染劑 （合適）1-2% Suitable Leveling Agen
0-10% 元明粉0-10% Sodium Sulfate (Glauber's salt) 4% 硫酸銨4% Ammonium Sulfate
0.5-4% 醋酸80%0.5-4% Acetic Acid 80% Solution PH 7-4.5
B：X% 美佳素染料/ Megazol dyes
在另一處理浴中加入氨水或純堿于80-85℃清洗/Add Ammonia or Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda) in another finishing bath, and do the scouring at 80-85C.
C: Y% 氨水Y% Ammonia
Z% 純堿Z% Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda)
PH 8-8.5
溫水沖洗后冷水沖洗，及以醋酸PH5.0酸化處理/Warm water wash, followed by cold water wash,
then acidified to pH 5.0 by Acetic Acid.
